Rebecca Pakrasi, an arts graduate from Pune, completed a 120-hour TEFL course at the Asian College of Teachers (ACT). Upon completing the course, she gained valuable knowledge about various teaching methodologies, multiple intelligences, and the diverse types of learners found in a classroom setting. This course was especially beneficial for Rebecca as she had no prior teaching experience.

Through the course, Rebecca realized the significant evolution in the field of teaching, and she found the program to be instrumental in equipping her with the necessary skills and insights to excel in her current role as a teacher. She had high praise for her trainer, describing her as consistently helpful, supportive, and an excellent educator. Over the course, a strong bond developed between Rebecca and her trainer.

Upon successfully completing the program, Rebecca sought job opportunities and discovered the ACT job portal. She shortlisted a few opportunities and reached out to the ACT placement team. The placement head not only prepared her for interviews but also provided valuable tips for interview success, including guidance on questions and answers as well as grooming advice. Thanks to this support, Rebecca was able to secure her first job interview after a gap of 13 years.

Rebecca expressed her sincere gratitude to her trainer, the placement team, and ACT as a whole for the unwavering support she received throughout her course. She described that her entire journey with ACT has been wonderful and fantastic.
