Tasneem Hussain Khadkiwala is from Pune, Maharashtra, India and holds a Master’s degree in
English Literature. She has completed 60-hour Certificate in Business English Teacher Training
Program. She is quite satisfied with the course curriculum as she learnt many new things,
including behavioural management along with managing adult learners in a classroom set-up.
She also gained knowledge with regards to maintaining a balance between having control as
well as being friendly with the adult learners. Besides, she also learnt the importance of visual
aids and various activities in learning and the important role they play in the teaching-learning
process. She focuses a lot on them now in her profession. She is also in praise of her mentor
who she thinks is phenomenal and whose support and guidance in her learning journey she is
grateful for. She found all her queries and doubts cleared, with special care, even beyond the
class hours. She is also thankful to ACT for the support that the institute provides to its students
the moment they enroll for the courses. She, however, feels that ACT can provide better
guidance related to the recruitment. Otherwise, she highly recommends this course to all, and
has already recommended it to a few acquaintances, who are all currently pursuing the course.
