Deepali Karche has done a Montessori Teachers Training course in a local institute but was not satisfied with the course content she received there regarding child psychology.She was looking for an institute where she can gain relevant knowledge. At ACT, she enrolled in Post Graduate Diploma in Pre and Primary Teaching and learned how to manage a class, how stories and rhymes are important for language learning and speaking skills.The course has been helpful regarding the strategies to manage different kinds of learners in a classroom which usually comprises a mix of fast and slow learners. The course has taught her different ways to tackle fast learners, engage them in other activities, and how the slow learners can cope up with other learners!
