OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Education Management and Leadership

Prospective learners aiming to enroll in the OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Education Management and Leadership must meet specific criteria. Firstly, they should hold an honours degree in a related subject, a UK Level 6 diploma, or an equivalent overseas qualification. Additionally, candidates must be at least 21 years old upon enrollment. While mature learners with relevant management experience may also be eligible, it's advisable to confirm eligibility with the delivery center beforehand. Lastly, individuals not from majority English- speaking countries must provide evidence of English language proficiency. These entry prerequisites ensure that learners possess the necessary qualifications, experience, and language skills to excel in the program.

The Fee for our 1-year Diploma program is only 1100 USD | 850 GBP | 90,000 INR only. Payment can be Bank Transfer / Online Debit or Credit Card. Fees include all online course materials, certification, and transcript.

• The Management of Educational Change (20 credits)
• Managing Effective Intercultural Communication and Perspectives (20 credits)
• Pedagogy and Practice in Education (20 credits)
• Leading Reflective Practice in Education (20 credits)
• Research Methods in Education (20 credits)

All learners must have access to 100 hours of teaching and there must be a minimum of eight observations of practice, totalling a minimum of eight hours.

Upon completing the course, you will receive a certificate from OTHM Qualifications UK, which is regulated by Ofqual (Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulation). This certificate serves as recognition of your achievement and signifies that you have met the standards set by OTHM for the respective qualification.

1. Fill up the online application form with all the relevant details
2. Provide the correct email ID and phone number as all the communication will be forwarded there
3. Once the application form is submitted, you will receive the course details via email and phone call from ACT’s admission executives
4. The course fee payment details will be mailed to you once you confirm your enrolment; where the course fee can be paid through online payment using a Debit/Credit Card or by depositing Cash, Cheque, or Demand Draft to our bank account
5. After the payment is credited, you will receive the payment confirmation with an online admission form which you need to fill up and submit to get online access to the program

All units within this qualification undergo internal assessment by the center and external verification by OTHM. The qualifications are criterion-referenced, contingent upon the attainment of specified learning outcomes. To attain a ‘pass’ for a unit, learners must present evidence showcasing fulfillment of all learning outcomes and meeting standards outlined by assessment criteria. Assessment of learner success in meeting criteria is conducted by the Assessor, ensuring alignment with qualification standards.
